These terms govern the purchase and use of research materials supplied by Nuva Peptide Supply.
Orders may only be placed by qualified researchers or institutions operating within properly equipped laboratory environments. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you accept the research use disclaimer in full.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Quantity discounts apply automatically at 5+ units (10%) and 20+ units (25%), and all kits are discounted 20%. Nuva may decline or cancel any order at its discretion.
All sales are final. Cancellations are permitted only within 2 hours of order placement and only if the order has not yet shipped. Cancellations after 2 hours but before shipment incur a 10% restocking fee.
If an ISO-accredited independent laboratory test performed within 30 days of purchase contradicts the published Certificate of Analysis for that batch, Nuva issues a full refund plus $150 in store credit.
Nuva's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. Nuva is not liable for any use of a product outside the permitted research context described in the research use disclaimer.
