Rates and services
- FedEx 2-Day: $15 flat, free on orders over $200
- FedEx Overnight: $60
- Saturday delivery available where the carrier offers it
Packaging
All orders ship in discreet outer packaging with no product branding on the exterior. Temperature-sensitive materials are packed appropriately for the selected service level.
Lost or damaged shipments
Items lost or damaged in transit are replaced. Email support with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents as received.
Returns
All sales are final. Cancellations are permitted within 2 hours of order placement if the order has not shipped; cancellations after 2 hours but before shipment incur a 10% restocking fee.
